A teacher had all the children from each classroom blow up a balloon and mark their name on it and throw it into the hallway, then the teacher mixed up all the balloons. The teacher then asked each student to go find their balloon with their name on it. They all searched for quite some time and no one could find their balloon.
The teacher changed the lesson, she said find the person on the first balloon you pick up. Within a few minutes everyone had their own ballon, this took team work and communication skills and everyone made new friends. The teacher said these balloons are like happiness, we will never find it if you're just looking for your own, but if we care about other people's happiness we will find our own. #UnitedNotDivided #WorkTogether
